Therapeutic Support
Melrose Mental Wellness provides therapeutic support for individuals affected by depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adhd, trauma, grief, life transitions, sleep disturbances, and insomnia in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Free 15 minute consultations are offered to discuss your mental health goals. If our services are aligned with your treatment goals an initial meeting will be set up. We conduct and an in-depth clinical assessment to identify your mental health diagnosis as well as collaboratively discuss evidence-based treatment options. In-person and virtual telehealth appointments are available.

Safe Medication Management
Safe appropriate medication management can provide relief from symptoms, provide stability, and optimize personal functioning. Melrose Mental Wellness’ approach to medication management services is to present evidence-based options and collaboratively work with client based preferences. Clients are closely monitored to ensure medications are safe, appropriate, and effective.

Insomnia Treatment
There are few experiences more miserable than being awake while the rest of the world sleeps. You are not alone. One in four individuals experience occasional symptoms of insomnia & more than one in ten will develop chronic insomnia. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTI) is a first line evidence-based treatment for insomnia. This treatment is also individualized to address specific items affecting achieving restorative sleep. CBTI treatment typically lasts 4-12 sessions.
